YULDO Terms of Service

Version 1.1 · Effective Date: September 16, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of YULDO, including our mobile applications, website, software, artificial intelligence features, social features, travel tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are provided by Yuldo Inc., a Delaware corporation (“YULDO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using YULDO, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy and other policies expressly incorporated into these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

1. What YULDO Is

YULDO is a travel discovery, planning, social, and experience-sharing platform designed to help people discover places, save travel inspiration, create and collaborate on trips, communicate with other travelers, use travel-planning tools, share experiences, and remember their journeys.

YULDO may provide features involving artificial intelligence, maps, location information, reviews, reservation information, recommendations, third-party travel information, and other services.

Some features may be experimental, preview, beta, limited-release, or under development. Availability of a feature within the YULDO interface does not necessarily mean that the feature is fully operational or available to every user.

2. Eligibility

You must satisfy the minimum age requirements applicable to your location and the YULDO features you use.

Certain younger users may be subject to additional protections, guardian approval, restricted functionality, privacy protections, or other age-appropriate safeguards.

Where YULDO requires guardian authorization, users may not circumvent, falsify, or interfere with that process.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify eligibility, age, guardian authorization, account ownership, security, or compliance with applicable law.

3. Your Account

You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account information reasonably current.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account except where that activity results from YULDO's actions or circumstances for which applicable law provides otherwise.

You may not:

  • impersonate another person;
  • create an account for fraudulent or deceptive purposes;
  • sell or improperly transfer an account;
  • gain unauthorized access to another person's account; or
  • circumvent account, safety, age, or guardian restrictions.

Notify YULDO if you believe your account has been compromised.

4. Privacy and Your Information

Your use of YULDO is also subject to our Privacy Policy: https://yuldoit.com/privacy

The Privacy Policy explains how YULDO collects, uses, shares, retains, and protects personal information and describes privacy choices and rights that may be available to you.

Private trips, messages, media, and other content remain subject to the applicable YULDO privacy and audience controls.

Nothing in these Terms gives YULDO unrestricted ownership of your personal information or private content.

5. You Own Your Content

You retain ownership of photographs, videos, reviews, opinions, messages, trip information, itineraries, comments, profile information, and other content you create or provide through YULDO (“User Content”).

YULDO does not take ownership of your User Content simply because you use our Services.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide your User Content and permit YULDO to use it as described in these Terms.

6. Permission You Give YULDO

To operate YULDO, you grant Yuldo Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, display, format, and technically adapt your User Content as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Services;
  • display your content to audiences you select;
  • enable YULDO features you request;
  • maintain and secure the Services;
  • prevent fraud and abuse;
  • moderate content;
  • troubleshoot technical problems; and
  • improve the operation and reliability of YULDO.

YULDO may sublicense these rights to hosting providers, infrastructure providers, content-delivery networks, moderation providers, and other service providers only to the extent reasonably necessary for them to provide services to YULDO.

This license does not transfer ownership of your content to YULDO.

The permissions granted under this section end when the content is deleted from YULDO's systems, subject to reasonable technical backup periods, content legitimately shared by others, legal obligations, security requirements, and other retention described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Public and Shared Content

When you intentionally make content public, share it with other users, or use a YULDO feature designed for sharing, you authorize YULDO to make that content available to the audience you selected.

You also authorize other users to interact with or share that content through functionality YULDO provides, subject to applicable privacy and audience settings.

Making content public does not transfer ownership of that content to YULDO or other users.

Private content does not become public merely because it is stored or processed by YULDO.

8. AI Training and Private Content

YULDO does not obtain a general contractual right under these Terms to train artificial-intelligence models on your private messages, private trip content, or private photographs and videos.

If YULDO later wants to use categories of personal content for AI training beyond what is necessary to provide a feature you request, YULDO will address that use through appropriate disclosures, controls, consent where required, and the Privacy Policy.

This limitation does not prevent automated processing reasonably necessary to provide YUNI or another feature you intentionally use, or to perform security, fraud-prevention, moderation, verification, or safety functions described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

9. Reviews

YULDO may allow users to publish Reviews concerning hotels, accommodations, restaurants, attractions, destinations, experiences, and other places or businesses.

A Review represents content submitted by a user.

Unless marked as verified, a Review does not mean YULDO independently confirmed the user's visit, reservation, purchase, or experience.

Users must not knowingly submit fraudulent or materially misleading reviews.

10. Verified Reviews

A Verified Review indicates that YULDO identified qualifying evidence associated with the user's experience according to YULDO's verification criteria.

Evidence may include qualifying reservation or booking information or other eligible signals supported by YULDO.

Verification indicates evidence of a qualifying experience. It does not mean:

  • YULDO agrees with the review;
  • the review is objectively correct;
  • YULDO endorses the reviewer;
  • YULDO endorses or condemns the business; or
  • every statement in the review has been independently investigated.

Verified status is determined through YULDO's verification systems.

Verified Review status cannot be purchased.

11. Review and Ranking Integrity

YULDO is designed to separate commercial relationships from the integrity of organic discovery and review systems.

Businesses may purchase tools or services that YULDO makes available to businesses, but payment does not entitle a business to:

  • higher organic review scores;
  • Verified Review status;
  • removal of legitimate negative reviews;
  • artificial popularity;
  • better organic YUNI recommendations;
  • manipulation of user reviews;
  • undisclosed preferential organic ranking; or
  • false verification.

Sponsored or paid placement, if offered, must be distinguishable from YULDO's organic systems where required by applicable law and YULDO policy.

12. Manipulation and Fake Engagement

You may not:

  • purchase or sell fake reviews;
  • coordinate fraudulent reviews;
  • artificially inflate ratings;
  • manipulate Verified Review evidence;
  • purchase fake followers or engagement;
  • create deceptive accounts to influence businesses or users;
  • manipulate YULDO ranking or recommendation systems; or
  • interfere with systems designed to detect fraudulent activity.

YULDO may investigate and take action against suspected manipulation.

13. YUNI

YULDO may provide YUNI, an AI-powered travel copilot.

Information, questions, photographs, documents, preferences, or other material you provide to an AI feature may constitute your Input.

Information generated in response may constitute Output.

YUNI can help users discover places, organize ideas, understand options, and plan travel.

AI-generated Output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for a particular situation.

You are responsible for evaluating Output before relying upon it.

14. YUNI Does Not Make Reservations or Guarantees Unless Expressly Confirmed

A statement generated by YUNI does not itself constitute:

  • a reservation;
  • booking confirmation;
  • ticket;
  • guaranteed price;
  • guaranteed availability;
  • contractual commitment by a travel supplier; or
  • contractual promise by Yuldo Inc.

A reservation exists only when the applicable booking process expressly confirms that reservation.

Important prices, availability, schedules, travel restrictions, entry requirements, cancellation policies, and other consequential information should be independently confirmed.

15. AI Output May Not Be Unique

AI systems may generate identical or similar Output for different users.

Your receipt of particular Output does not give you ownership rights over substantially identical information independently generated for another user.

You may not intentionally use YUNI to commit fraud, impersonate another person, violate law, infringe another person's rights, manipulate YULDO systems, or circumvent YULDO safety mechanisms.

YUNI is not a substitute for legal, medical, financial, immigration, emergency, or other regulated professional advice.

16. Travel Information

YULDO may provide information concerning destinations, accommodations, restaurants, attractions, transportation, routes, maps, prices, availability, operating hours, travel times, and other travel-related subjects.

Travel information changes frequently.

YULDO does not guarantee that third-party travel information is always complete, accurate, available, or current.

You are responsible for confirming information important to your journey, including:

  • reservations;
  • prices and fees;
  • schedules;
  • passports and visas;
  • entry requirements;
  • health requirements;
  • safety conditions;
  • accessibility;
  • operating hours;
  • transportation;
  • cancellation policies; and
  • applicable laws or restrictions.

17. Maps and Location

Maps, routing, geolocation, distance, place information, and location-based features may contain inaccuracies.

Real-world conditions always take priority over information displayed by YULDO.

Users are responsible for observing signs, closures, private-property restrictions, weather, hazards, transportation rules, official instructions, and applicable laws.

Do not rely exclusively on YULDO navigation or location information where personal safety is involved.

18. Trips and Collaboration

YULDO may allow users to create trips, invite participants, collaborate on plans, communicate with trip members, conduct polls, and share travel-related information and media.

You control what information you choose to share subject to available YULDO controls.

Trip participants remain responsible for their own travel decisions, expenses, reservations, behavior, and arrangements.

Participation in a YULDO trip does not create a partnership, employment relationship, agency, or joint venture between YULDO and trip participants.

19. Messaging and Social Interaction

YULDO may provide messaging, social, sharing, and collaborative features.

You may not use these features to harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, defraud, impersonate, spam, or unlawfully harm another person.

Users may have access to blocking, reporting, privacy, and other safety controls.

20. Sponsored and Branded Content

If you receive money, free accommodations, meals, transportation, experiences, products, discounts, commissions, or another material benefit in exchange for content or promotion, you are responsible for clearly disclosing that relationship as required by applicable law and YULDO policies.

Sponsored content must not be presented in a manner designed to deceive users into believing that a commercial relationship is an independent organic recommendation.

YULDO may require labels or other disclosures for sponsored, affiliate, promotional, or branded content.

Commercial relationships do not create entitlement to Verified Review status or preferential organic treatment.

21. Community Guidelines

Use of YULDO is subject to our Community Guidelines, which will form part of these Terms once published.

The Community Guidelines may establish more detailed rules concerning safety, harassment, exploitation, spam, fraud, sexual content, dangerous behavior, intellectual-property infringement, review manipulation, illegal activity, and other conduct.

Where these Terms and a specialized YULDO policy both apply, they should be interpreted together.

22. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use YULDO to:

  • violate applicable law;
  • violate another person's rights;
  • engage in fraud or deception;
  • impersonate others;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, exploit, or abuse another person;
  • distribute malicious software;
  • compromise account or platform security;
  • gain unauthorized access to systems or information;
  • circumvent access or safety restrictions;
  • scrape or harvest data except where expressly authorized;
  • use unauthorized bots or automated systems to access YULDO;
  • reverse engineer YULDO except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • manipulate reviews, recommendations, verification, rankings, or engagement;
  • infringe copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other rights;
  • facilitate unlawful transactions or activities; or
  • materially interfere with YULDO or other users.

23. Automated and Human Review

YULDO may use automated systems and human review to detect, investigate, and address:

  • fraud;
  • fake reviews;
  • review manipulation;
  • spam;
  • harmful content;
  • account abuse;
  • intellectual-property violations;
  • safety threats;
  • suspicious activity;
  • verification conflicts; and
  • violations of these Terms or YULDO policies.

Automated systems can make mistakes. Where appropriate, YULDO may provide reporting or appeal mechanisms.

24. Enforcement

YULDO may take proportionate action when reasonably necessary to protect users, businesses, YULDO, or the integrity of the Services.

Actions may include:

  • reducing distribution;
  • removing content;
  • removing verification;
  • issuing warnings;
  • restricting features;
  • suspending accounts;
  • terminating accounts; or
  • preserving information where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or safety purposes.

Not every report will result in enforcement.

A business's disagreement with legitimate criticism does not by itself entitle that business to removal of the review.

25. Third-Party Services

YULDO may display, connect with, integrate with, or provide information from third-party businesses and services.

These may include accommodations, restaurants, transportation companies, tour operators, maps, travel suppliers, reservation providers, payment providers, and external applications.

Third parties may have their own terms, privacy policies, prices, fees, cancellation policies, and eligibility requirements.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, YULDO does not operate those independent third-party services.

26. Booking and Payment Features

YULDO is developing and may test functionality involving travel reservations, booking information, supplier integrations, prices, and payments.

A visible interface does not necessarily mean that a particular booking or payment feature is operational.

Where YULDO enables a transaction in the future, applicable prices, YULDO fees, supplier conditions, taxes, cancellation rules, and other material terms will be presented as required.

A sandbox, demonstration, test, or preview does not constitute a completed reservation.

27. Experimental and Preview Features

YULDO may make experimental, beta, preview, or developing functionality available.

Such functionality may be incomplete, changed, restricted, or discontinued.

For example, availability of a camera preview or live-related interface does not necessarily mean that public live broadcasting is enabled.

YULDO does not guarantee that experimental functionality will become generally available.

28. YULDO Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, YULDO's software, designs, branding, logos, interfaces, databases, functionality, text, graphics, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Yuldo Inc.

Subject to these Terms, YULDO grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended purpose.

You may not use YULDO's trademarks, logos, proprietary technology, or copyrighted material except as permitted by law or with authorization.

29. Open-Source Software

Certain portions of YULDO may include open-source software.

Open-source components remain governed by their applicable licenses.

If an open-source license conflicts with these Terms regarding a particular component, the applicable open-source license controls for that component.

30. Copyright and Intellectual-Property Complaints

YULDO respects intellectual-property rights.

Users may report content they believe infringes their copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights through YULDO's designated reporting process.

YULDO may remove or restrict allegedly infringing material where appropriate and may take action against repeat infringers.

Before launch, Yuldo Inc. will establish its formal copyright/IP notice process and any DMCA designation appropriate to its operations.

31. Suggestions and Feedback

If you voluntarily provide YULDO with ideas, suggestions, recommendations, or feedback about the Services, you grant Yuldo Inc. permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

This section applies to feedback about YULDO and does not transfer ownership of your User Content to YULDO.

32. Account Deletion

You may stop using YULDO at any time and may request or use available account-deletion functionality.

Deletion and retention of information are subject to our Privacy Policy, legal obligations, security requirements, dispute preservation requirements, and reasonable technical backup periods.

33. Suspension and Termination

YULDO may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of:

  • material or repeated violations of these Terms;
  • fraud;
  • serious safety concerns;
  • security threats;
  • repeated intellectual-property infringement;
  • manipulation of YULDO systems;
  • legal requirements; or
  • serious abuse of other users or the Services.

Where appropriate and legally required, YULDO may provide notice or an opportunity to appeal.

34. Service Changes

YULDO will evolve.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes affecting users' legal rights.

35. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YULDO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

YULDO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

YULDO DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF ALL USER-GENERATED, AI-GENERATED, OR THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

36. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YULDO INC. AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YULDO INC.'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID DIRECTLY TO YULDO DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM; OR

(B) US $100.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

37. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yuldo Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from:

  • unlawful User Content you provide;
  • your material violation of these Terms; or
  • your violation of another person's rights.

This provision does not require you to indemnify YULDO for YULDO's own unlawful conduct or where prohibited by applicable law.

38. Informal Dispute Resolution

Before initiating arbitration, you and Yuldo Inc. agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally.

The party raising the dispute must provide written notice describing the dispute, relevant facts, requested relief, and sufficient contact information.

The parties will have 60 days after receipt of a complete notice to attempt resolution before arbitration begins unless applicable law provides otherwise.

39. Binding Individual Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

Except for excluded disputes described below, you and Yuldo Inc. agree that disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services that cannot be resolved informally will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than a lawsuit in court.

Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, as lawfully modified by these Terms.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this arbitration agreement.

An arbitrator may award remedies available to the individual claimant under applicable law.

Either party may bring an eligible individual claim in small-claims court.

Either party may seek appropriate judicial injunctive or equitable relief concerning actual or threatened infringement or misuse of intellectual-property rights where legally available.

40. Jury-Trial and Class-Action Waiver

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND YULDO INC. WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL FOR DISPUTES SUBJECT TO ARBITRATION.

Covered disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or member of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

41. Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out of Sections 39 and 40 by sending Yuldo Inc. written notice within 30 days after you first accept these Terms.

Your notice must clearly state that you wish to opt out of the YULDO arbitration agreement and contain sufficient information to identify your account.

Opting out will not prevent you from using YULDO.

Arbitration opt-out notices must be sent to: legal@yuldoit.com

42. Governing Law

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

The Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration provisions.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates mandatory rights provided by the law applicable to a consumer.

43. International Users

YULDO may be available internationally.

Users may have mandatory consumer, privacy, content, digital-services, travel, or other rights under local law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights that applicable law does not permit users to waive.

Availability of a feature in one country does not guarantee availability in another.

44. Sanctions and Export Compliance

You may not use YULDO where doing so would violate applicable United States export-control or economic-sanctions laws.

You may not use YULDO on behalf of a person or entity where such use is prohibited by applicable law.

This provision does not restrict access beyond what applicable law requires.

45. Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without YULDO's consent where such restriction is permitted by law.

Yuldo Inc. may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, financing, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.

46. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as YULDO evolves or when necessary for legal, security, regulatory, or operational reasons.

If a change materially affects your rights, YULDO will provide notice where required by applicable law.

Where affirmative consent is legally required, YULDO will request it.

The effective date at the beginning identifies the current version.

47. Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent legally permissible or severed as appropriate, and the remainder will continue in effect unless applicable law requires otherwise.

48. No Waiver

YULDO's failure to enforce a provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

49. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines once published, and any additional terms expressly applicable to a particular YULDO service, constitute the agreement between you and Yuldo Inc. regarding the Services covered by them.
